Key Responsibilities:

As an AI Content Generation Team Member at Prof Jim, you will be at the forefront of this revolution, with exciting responsibilities that include:

  • Educational Content Evolution: Collaborate with schools, publishers to understand their content needs and objectives. Ensure clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
  • AI-Powered Content Creation: Unleash the potential of our advanced AI software to craft visually stunning visuals, animations, graphics, and more, tailored to educators' visions.
  • Prompt Development: Create clear and effective instructions to help guide AI in producing content that aligns with educator’s requirements.
  • Content Formatting and Review: Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with the client's brand, message, and quality standards.
  • Audio Review: Oversee the audio aspects of the video, ensuring that sound elements, music, and voiceovers enhance the overall content experience.
  • Video Review: Scrutinize the final video product for quality, coherence, and adherence to client requirements. Make necessary adjustments for a polished outcome.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, colleagues, and other team members throughout the content generation process.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: Five years of professional experience following completion of an undergraduate or master's degree, with preference given to candidates who have previously served as teachers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Technical Knowledge: While proficiency in using graphic design, video editing, and AI tools/software is appreciated, it is not mandatory for this role.
  • Content Creation Skills: A creative eye and the ability to transform ideas into visually engaging content.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous review and editing skills to ensure high-quality content.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools and technologies.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent work ethic and an ability to focus, which are all needed in a remote work environment.
